Each PT session lasts for one full hour and will involve many different aspects and components of fitness, each beneficial in their own right.
Endurance - Increasing the durability of your heart and lungs to provide you with a more conditioned internal circulatory system.
Strength - By Increasing bone density, strengthening your muscles and surrounding soft tissue you can be sure to be all round fit.
Flexibility - A flexibile muscle is a strong muscle! Increasing your range of movement will decrease your risk of injury and may also help to prevent or even rid you of back pain.
Speed - Focusing on your fast twitch muscle fibres, your reactions will become noticeablly quicker and you will appear and feel more nimble and alert.
Balance - Imperative for spacial awreness and pure core strength. You will learn how to balance your body to create an equal equilibrium.Conditioning - MFT principles pioneered to create an all round conditioned appearance. Can be used to lose excess body fat as well as create lean muscle tissue.
